Here are some foods which you should avoid that causes gas
1) Dairy Products
• Most of the dairy products in them including cheese, ice-cream and butter.
• Lactose is difficult to digest and can cause gas in the stomach.
• So, avoid adding extra cheese in your pizza and burger when your cashier asks for it.
2) Whole Grains
• Whole grains such as wheat and oats contain fiber, raffinose and starch.

3) Vegetables
• Though vegetables are the great source of vitamins and fiber but several of them even harmful for stomach.
